Refund Policy
1. Damage During Transit
- Reporting Damage: In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the damage, including pictures of the packaging.
- Resolution Process: We will work with the shipping carrier to address the issue. While we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement, we will make every effort to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
2. Incorrect Item
- Notification: If you receive an artwork that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide details and photos of the received item.
- Corrective Action: We will review the case and, if applicable, arrange for the correct item to be sent. Return shipping costs for the incorrect item will be covered by us.
