- Each Artwork sold is a one-of-a-kind piece created by Exclusive Estate Unique Art and NFTs
- The description and images provided on our website or sales platform are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but slight variations in color, texture, and detail may occur due to the nature of hand-made art.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for Artworks are listed in Euro Currency and are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment must be received before the Artwork is shipped. We accept various Payment Methods.
- All prices include applicable taxes but exclude shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping via different Shipping Carrier.
- Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
- The risk of loss or damage to the Artwork passes to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Risk of Purchase
5.1 Authenticity and Value
- Each Artwork is authenticated by Exclusive Estate Unique Art and NFTs and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
- The value of art is subjective and may fluctuate over time. We do not guarantee any future resale value.
5.2 Condition of Artwork
- Artworks are sold "as-is." While we ensure the highest quality, minor imperfections are inherent to hand-made art.
- We recommend handling Artworks with care and avoiding exposure to extreme conditions to maintain their condition.
5.3 Shipping Risks
- We carefully package Artworks to prevent damage during transit. However, the risk of damage or loss during shipping is assumed by the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable Artworks.
6. No Return Policy
6.1 All Sales Are Final
- Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of the Artworks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is complete.
6.2 Damage During Transit
- In the rare event that an Artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Artist retains all intellectual property rights to the Artwork. The purchase of an Artwork does not grant the Customer any rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Artwork. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the Artwork.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the sale of Artworks will be resolved in the courts of Germany.
